Last time we moved this far (~257 pips) from the 200 DMA was 1 Feb, 2018. And for no particular reason. Crazy.

Could be an unusually large # of "weak hand" short entries driving eu up. I don't think you could get away with this normally. But, with COVID, stimulus mad money, newbie/now+then traders with no job and nothing else to do... viola! An endless supply of over-leaveraged, under-planned weak hands! I just wish I had realized this about 3-400 pips ago and gone long.

It's already dropped a Lot, so my move could be the wrong one. But I'm more inclined to go with the trend. Going against it is why I had to cut short GU. The way the market's been, it could have cost me a couple hundred pips in no time

eu is up better than 10% since 1.0634. That could produce some inflation (if commodities rise because usd drop.) . A BMW will cost about 10% more than in mid March.

See how this works? A BMW cost more, while more U.S. workers dont have a job. This turns out one way.

...jepp.. so while EU think they have a party this is not so good news. Especially Germany have benefited "crazy" of the LOW euro. All countries around have bad economy but Germany can just increase their export prices for free (in Euro) for external markets while abroad the price is keept the same. Like the USA.


Lower usd mean less less import to US... Perfect for US economy...


Buy what confuses me is of USD drops more, why would external investors push the Stock market uppwards?

In Australia a lot of employees have used up their annual leave in lieu of losing their jobs, staying listed as "employed" Many may not have a job when they try to come back. Pretty sure this is about to happen with Quantas.

I caught the tail end of a report. A young healthcare worker. He had corona and was over it. He evidently got a second corona infection. He went to the ER. Within hours was put on a ventilator. He is now parallelized.

perfect? 40 plus million dont have a job. That means if you have a job and feel comfortable. Your not the best worker. 1 of those 40 million will do your job better than you, and they will do it cheaper.
