For the first time, bears seem to be holding their position well. We might really have a reversal this time. Bulls need to keep above 1594. But considering 1600 is a ceiling, it's likely that short is better riskreward.

Short 1590 with target 1560 seems like a possible trade.

since all the options are lower, and st 1553 may attract. 1595 is some R (If 1601 top remains). This little 1h bear harami is pretty weak looking, with a green candle trigger. Its not even reaching the high. It may be enough reach 1553, if 1597.7 holds now.

15 min has a top.. I'm not saying its strong. The target would be the near support at 1565 ish.. I like to let it retrace some.. 1590.9. That near support getting a 15/30/ min close below 1564 looks to open things up some. Perhaps a better place to long is coming. Certainly if 1597.7 holds the top.

a few looking flag, pennant looking forms off 1595. that -1563 close is probably a starter. What sucks is, its 31 pips of misery.

why such a little target bulls have been incharge this is 3rd month in a row, if??? we are near a good resistance why not target something worth while maybe 1 1000 even 1 0800??

Because currently fundamentals are supportive of a risk on environment. Meaning that I expect EU to go higher than 1600 eventually.
The only certainty that I know is to buy at support and sell at resistance.
For now the most accessible resistance is at 1600. The most accessible support is around 1550-60.

I would also add this because I know you're planning to be short aud and kiwi pairs.
The fundamentals is supportive of a risk on scenario. If no news changes that, then aud and kiwi should strengthen more over time. Right now though, it seems we have found a top. But that doesn't mean it is the start of a very big 500 pip move.
Having said that, I rarely trade aud and nzd. But these 2 are risk currencies. So it risk is still on, the pair should still go up.

once a norm retrace like 1595, The chances for opposite retrace improve. Your using weekly bullish momentum. 1595 is old monthly bearish momentum. You may be right. Everything is going your way since 06xx.

If you are unable to close this month above 1485 (-1481 stronger). I suggest using some caution. I want to short 1638. A lot of things are here in this 1595/167x area. The most common of all tops/bottoms, are the 1595 type.
