Hi Everybody

I turned back after a long busy year... I made 9th version of the EA and stucked with daily routine of life. I will share soon...

I hope cyberecorder find the right key.. because biju make only EAs with expiring and so on... we all invest so much time and money too... to test and find the best way.. and then comes coder.. what take the strategie of others.. make an automated EA with a strategie what it isnt their own.. and want at the end.. money... no thx

in this case I like much more the approach of cyberecorder... help to find alltogheter the right way with the experience of all of us..

Thank you for the best mobile strategy I have ever used. Simple, quick, reliable and stress free trading thru out the day while busy with other activities. Quick to check and adjust BEs. I use RSI 50 as a extra confirmation and works well.

I placed a trade this morning (27th May at broker time of 00:00) on EURUSD according to rules stipulated on first page.
Only modification is I have set my TP at 161 fib and SL at 50% fib.

So far its tracking well - about half way towards my profit target.

It is the first time I have used this strategy since coming across this thread a few days ago.

just by looking, i believe this is not a very profitable method, that's why it stopped. but i could be wrong

You are on the right track. The candle pattern you are using is very good for trading.

Personally, I would get rid of the 30 MA. Instead, I would use a currency strength meter in combination with RSI period 14. Anything above 55 on RSI is bullish, and anything below 45 is bearish. Ideally, I want to see H1, H4, D1, and W1, all agree. But 3 out of 4 will suffice. For further directional confirmation, I would like to trade strength. This is where a currency strength meter comes into play. Here is a free one. I would use the Daily to measure strength. If you can find one that provides data for H8, that would be even better!

Example: Suppose I am trading EURUSD. I want to see at least three of the four time frames (mentioned above) all moving in the same direction on the RSI. Let's say H1, H4, and D1 are all above 55 on the RSI. Then I am bullish on EURUSD. However, I also want to check the Daily currency strength meter for further confirmation that EUR is stronger than USD. If everything lines up, then I will be looking to buy on a minor retracement when I see a bullish engulfing candle.

I would especially be interested in placing orders at or near key areas of support and resistance where engulfing candles show up, such as psychological levels (wholes and halves).

As for the 200 fib target, I might use that. However, I would be more interested in making whole numbers my target. For example, if I buy EURUSD at 1.14, then my target will be 1.15 (100 pips away). I might also consider using supply and demand zones as targets, and perhaps Weekly pivot points. If price turns against me strongly and I am in profit, then I might consider getting out entirely or closing out 50% of my trade and moving my stop loss to break even. It all depends on the market conditions. As traders, we must be able to adapt to the market, making changes to our plans when needed.

Hello traders !

Just an aditional filter to this strategy. You can add an inside bar. So , the pattern will be 3 bar pattern which must improve accuracy. Also you will close the trade at the close of next bar and focus on the next trade . This will reduce your stress by holding trade longer than you can manage emotionaly. Any programers to do a backtest with this filter ?

To reduce overtrading even more we can consider only one of this patern per week ( the first) and per instrumet( major+minors only)

And if we hold only 4 hours we can trade also counter trend. The role of moving average can be in some cases ignored !

This system must have a winrate between 50 and 60 pp but becouse we will have some trades with rr greater than 1 on the long term the balance should go up !
