people asked me.. this is what I personally doing.

So far I find FTMO & the5%ers are the reliable prop trading firms.

FTMO for Immediate Money Needs.
5%ers for Long Term.

Fidelcrest is no go. I will not waste my resources with this one.

The only one that is worth it is FTMO, it is clear, transparent, the most important thing is that they show their faces, another company may arrive with better conditions, but there is not yet

Hey guys,

I am finally confident with my strategy and will start the Challenge with FTMO. (And of course also share the results here)

As I'm trading the GBP pairs I checked the brokers and it looks like spread-wise FTMO with LMAX or Admiral Markets are the best options.

Any suggestions for that?

One of the funded traders interviewed by Pavel on YouTube used EA's for, I believe, passing five challenges. And he's still using them for trading his funded accounts. Look it up...

Does anyone in the forum know if a demo account FTMO can be added to MYFXBOOK?
If yes, under what broker name?

Their business model does not support a 1M start capital.

To get 1M funded with these guys you need to firstly gain 3 by 100k funded accounts, join them into a single master 300k account and derive a minimum 10% return every 4 months when they will scale your account by 25%.

As I posted earlier to hit the 1M funded account level will take over 3 years.

However, it is possible for a trader to show a 1M account earlier than 3 years by non withdrawal of all profit splits, noting that FTMO will withdraw any monthly profit splits owed to them.

Be aware that they reserve the right to change the scaling plan at any time including funding given out to traders.

Remember to assess the risks if you participate.

Apart from time the initial risk for 3 by 100k challenges is about USD$1830 currently but every challenge you fail to make to funded stage will add an additional USD$610 per attempt.

Challenge -> Verification -> Funded

If you satisfy all trading objectives except the profit target then you are provided an additional attempt free of charge provided some profit shows.

There are several alternatives that may suit your 1M plan at a much faster pace than the assumed 3 years plus a few months offered here.

You tube has plenty of entertainment about assumed funded FTMO traders offering various profit splits that might have a trader pay less entry fees but I think they are far from preferred and in my opinion offered from non-prepared individuals who might lack the technology to cater for more than a handful of traders who choose to take this path.

Certainly, I would not be going down this path but it may have some value to others with little to no funds.

Personally, when I play I always pay.

I saw that video, it was strange how the funded accounts came from multiple funded values from 10k and up.

Most likely due to dipping toes in the water and paying only for the lowest price entry fee until success occurred, after which higher priced challenges were attempted.

Using EA's that are almost entirely based on lagging RSI data will require plenty of trade management from the trader over the longer term to effectively derive ongoing profit.

If it works for him though, best of luck although I tend to think that plenty of info was not given out and that's understandable.
