Exactly, Demo is the like the first step to forex trading. It provides you an insight into the real trading world. Can't imagine learning without practicing on demo.

I agree on that. Demo is very important for every newbie. Traders should not skip this part.

That's true, unfortunately. Some newbies think they can open a live account immediately and within a day or two they'll start raking in the profits. Usually those people are in for a very rude awakening.

If they are not using big volume and will have micro lots, problem with money can go away. But this is really result - how they can dispose of some money ... Demo can't give such sensations ...

True. I think working with a micro account at first is necessary too, but I would do that only after a period on a demo account. It is true that demo account cannot prepare you psychologically for trading, but at the same time, I do not think that a period of learning without any stress is a bad thing.

Yes, You are write about my work today =) I'm using micro lot with 1.000 of contract's size, set between 0.1 - 1.0 volume. This is exclude problem with loss more money. But this is 100% real trade and deposit, needs increase only one parameter for begun get or loss really profit. But this is after long demo account ....

I always test the demo for every new thing I learn in forex trading. Demo is the perfect place to test new strategies, new techniques, new EA's, scripts etc. I cannot risk using a new EA directly on my live account and just burn my capital.
I get your point why some trader do not follow demo trading as the execution, spreads, prices might differ in live and demo set ups but if you have no idea and starting from scratch, please NEVER EVER skip the demo stage.

You can look for pure ecn regulated brokers, they offer a transparent demo and live set up. Its almost same.

If a person has enough money to lose he can start trading with demo. He has to test his strategy on live to find out winning percentage of his strategy and risk reward ratio.

yes it is, in spite of having most powerful analysing trade knowledge and experience trading can be useless if there is no trading practice. so we should focus on our practice session besides learning.

True, in trading you never really stop learning. It's the kind of field that requires not just knowledge but a lot of practice.

From the word (practice) especially in trading business, we obviously know it should be doing in "no risk & reward" circumstances. The only way to do that, is trading in demo account. By practicing and learning by doing, you can improve your knowledge and skills before going to real. If you don't want to use demo account, you should ask yourself at first, "are you ready to lose all your money in your account?" Unless, you want to gamble with your luck, its your choice then. Just keep practicing, never give up.
