I have chosen GBPUSD only as its easier to monitor one chart, im not saying EURJPY cant make money

You tell about "confirmed cross" but don't describe it - so it's not a trading system, but something like commercial content? Are you ready to sell it? )))))
About your active account... I see you made buy-sell-buy-sell-buy-sell eurjpy trades in a row - you enter EVERY cross - so you have not any confirmation ))))))))))))) Just MA-crosses. But man, once again, it kills account in flat market - that's why you drop EJ out )))))))))

Dear friend, once again - my target is not to shame you - I want to know your idea of cross confirmation OR to create it in cooperation with you for better trading
His way of confirmation is just wait for one more hour candle to close to see if the cross turns back.

You must allow comments and discussion. Or else this thread will be a trading journal.

Take the comments and just simple reply or ignore and you post your comments. But let people comment and continue to question, same questions will come into mind for other users in future. That way there is action in here. You dont have to add anything to your system. You have something working for you and it might work for others.

By the way so far am liking your simple system. It looks nice.
Im developing a failure strategy.. Its called 123HOLD.
Eventually GBPUSD will enter a sideways phase which EURJPY has recently been in

For example.. a cross occurs and you get into some profit.
Then it crosses again the price falls and you close in loss.
You then trade that cross and it fails again..only to cross again
After 2 unprofitable trades, the price is in a spiral..
The third Cross you trade it and ignore any other cross until it closes in profit... You keep the stop at the at the predefined level but can adjust it subsequent crosses.
123 HOLD, Hold the third trade..

During a spiral sideways phase the first cross is often the clue where the price is going to eventually break out to

I TP on GBPUSD 170 pips, quite respectable.

Did i close my MT5 buy trade to early...
i think i closed it fine... i think next week it will cross down further down... waiting for the next one, im sure i will come monday or tuesday

I think your system works well for GBPUSD, but not for EURJPY (75% failure rate). Maybe use another pair instead of EURJPY?

I have manually backtested GPBUSD over last 6 month... approaching 3000 pips profit using just pure crossovers... no manual TP
I have not backtested EURJPY, i notice it does have periods of multiple loss way longer than GU..

I dont have much desire to search for other currency pairs.. one is enough to make money

the recent 6 failures if the strategy is followed right would not have been too terrible... i still think its profitable... this weekend i will do a backtest manually
