{quote} nice questions Babich321.... talking about the risk to reward... i advice a 1:1 using 20pips stop this is ideal in my opinion(binary traders get way less than a 1-1 per trade and i guess they are still fine)... though as time goes on you can actually get a good hang of the trading system with a lesser stop...especially when you get to know the pair that would be consolidating for the day... but that would be too tight for naive newbies who dont understand price gyrations... And with time we would incorporate the 2nd target (this would help...

I'm overthinking your strategy over and over again. Tell me if I understood it right: based on the rules of your strategy you'd take 3 trades per day, on each trade moving SL to break even after 10 pips in profit and waiting for 20 pips target?

I'm really wondering whether this will be profitable. I mean you need a hit rate which is significantly higher then 50% to make consistent profit. So best case you make 60 pips per day, worst case you lose 60. That's why I asked for a track record, I'm just wondering if you can be consistently profitbale with this strategy over longer time period. Why don't you share this kind of information?

if you have a very clean break out of two of the pairs... you should know that the third would be held in consolidation... GBPUSD was held in consolidation... {image} {image} {image}

The picture is getting clearer. Have to take it for a test drive now.

Thank you

another suggestion....If box exceeds 45 pips then trying for 20 pips becomes a higher risk and best to wait for another day...Test for yourself and make your own decision.

well done..., I think your box is not quite correct, it contains 13 M5 bars instead of 12!?

eur/gbp was held . Entered eur/usd and gbp/usd. Took profit on eur/usd. gbp/usd almost hitting target. As a safety measure moved gbp/usd to break even.
Thank you for the system.

Is this strategy somehow related with the London Forex Breakout Strategy ?
It looks very very similar.

You should convert that to your local time first.... Then go to your chart at that very hour to see what time it coincides with on your brokers time... You should then set the indicator to the brokers time...
