Disliked{quote} Some of the YouTube videos show drawdowns very close to 10% ending successfully and your account is no where near as close as that so certainly it can be done. You got this mate. Masterrmind .........Ignored
Disliked{quote} Clearly you deserve the motivation especially considering the fact that you show a TE outlining your trading progress. Kudos to you. Masterrmind..........Ignored
Disliked{quote} Please review the below images - this was addressed at length before (below link) and FTMO is familiar with the problem. {image} {image}The current exchange rate GER30.lmax and DAX.lmax (EUR) against deposit currency USD -> USD:EUR - 1:1.11954 or 1.11954 tv not USD:USD - 1:1 or 1.00000 tv. Therefore the calculation in the image should be 1.00 lots x 10 points x 1.11954 tv = USD 11.1954 = USD 11.20 not USD 10.00 Note: the indicator tool used in the image automatically determined the deposit currency (in this instance USD) and the broker allocated...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Easy, just follow the link and browse through you will be surprised how easy to find info. https://ftmo.com/en/forex-brokers-review/Ignored
Disliked{quote} You could be happy, if it was that EASY. Most of the contracts shown are pure SPOT contracts, NO INDICATION about futures at all. ADDITIONALLY FTMO is the "owner" of the broker account, so the "equipement" of the account is to the full discretion of FTMO. Logically there won't be more contracts in a FTMO account, but there could be always less. Especially considering brokers on this list like Blackwell, offering perhaps 40 fx crosses, 10 index cfds and 4 to 5 commodities, and that all on SPOT. Everybody knows that CMC prides itself to offer...Ignored
DislikedYep - the Lmax spread on Gold is acceptable although it never seems to float in the trader's favour! Other spreads are about the worst I've seen so far in the market. Well I'm afraid I blew my account. Of course I'm not blaming FTMO for that however I do think that the two stage process is long winded and difficult as many are finding out! If I do try again I will go with their main competitor (who I will not name for fear of getting stomped on again) who offer a 100k challenge for a much more reasonable price, offer...

I would love to know the actual statistics of the ratio between those who succeed and those who fail. Wouldn't be surprised if it reflects the normal FX situation - 90 - 95% ??Ignored

DislikedSeems the 8% (that post online) are making pretty good money. I imagine within the 8% those that have been with Ftmo 1yr+ are making big money, if they leverage scaling plan. This guy posted his last 2 withdrawals, but these are in line with 100-200k if at 10% monthly: https://www.instagram.com/tv/B-uqCqw...=1ql3v2lk94va7Ignored
Disliked{quote} I've been following this guy on IG well before he started with FTMO i believe he's pretty legit, really only exclusively trades indices due to the volatility and quick cash (if you know what your doing)Ignored
Disliked{quote} I checked his results. Yes looks legit. But I don't see any updates since April. Is he still going strong? Does show what is possible I suppose! Noticed that some of his trades were quite high leverage. One for 6 lots which on SP500 would very quickly result in a couple of grand or more as long as one is trading in the right direction!Ignored
DislikedI cleared 4 c&v. looking forward to the real challenge. also cleared 5%ers...waiting for the days to pass. {image} {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} congratulations mate! although i though they only let traders have 3 100k accounts not 4?Ignored
