Talking about placing a stop loss order, I hide mine at an area supported by market structure.

A main reason why I blew a series of my trading accounts some years back was trading without a stop loss order.

Hi,

I scalp trade GBPUSD 2 tick charts using turtle trend trading concepts (with a minor tweak): win more than I lose.

I follow the trend using RSI, as they say "the trend is your friend".

The trend is your friend until it bends. Your RSI is likely to help you know when to stay in the trend if you also check price action on your trading time frame.

One way I try to avoid or minimize being sucked in by market manipulation at an S/R zone is by waiting for at least the H4 candlestick to close; and then wait for a confirmation at the H1 time frame by an H1 candlestick.

Buy high - sell low - use a reversal copy trader to other account = profit
Anything above the line is an uptrend, below the line is a downtrend.

It is important for me that price action is operating at an already identified S/R zone based on the D1 or W1 tf before thinking of the feasibility of a setup.
