Disliked{quote} ...Every broker's data is different. Forex is not the stock market. Good luck.Ignored
DislikedI would like share my experience with Blessing 3.9.6.09 This is an EA developed by JTAToday. It is one of the stable EA around. most difficult thing with this EA is set files. I have developed few set files for EURUSD, GBPUSD, XAUUSD. All of them perform well. Good stable returns for anyone who is looking for such. Caution: Use it according to your own risk appetite. Test it well. Also maintain proper Account Balance. Do not use it on small account balances. You can use ex4 version. mq4 is uploaded, for anyone who wants to modify. Not sure why one...Ignored
DislikedHey, thanks for Sharing the EA. Used your Seeting File (EURUSD H1) for backtesting a 2000€ Account. Back in 2010 it Crashes within the first Month. Any Ideas on this? Maybe we find a solution together.Ignored
Disliked{quote} So, in theory, all brokers who claim to have raw spread, should have the same data, right? Thank you! P.S. By the way, I was thinking about reporting the error of division by zero, but I see that we already have version 3.9.06.15 .. THANK YOU very much richard96816! I keep testing...Ignored
DislikedHi Richard, I am using 1:1 ratio. I set my SL/TP to 100pips, but I am seeing strange results when both SL and TP hits. Whenever SL hits it was nearly 100 pips and when TP hits it was very low. 10 pips,25pips .... Please let me know how to correct this. {image}Ignored

Disliked{quote} That is spread and usually spread widens may be it closed during that widened spread.Ignored
Disliked{quote} I don't know. I usually just let Strategy Tester lead the way and select the best settings. Between Strategy Tester and Blessing's magic, things come together. I may have starting guesses for things, but testing finds the sweet spots. If I don't like what comes up I try something else, different time-frames, different currencies, etc. Then test it on Demo if I'm not sure.Ignored
DislikedHi, I would like to run this EA in MT5, and use it on cryptocurrency, mostly BTCUSD. Could someone help me? Thanks in advance!Ignored
Disliked{quote} Who's odd theory is that? None of the brokers I've looked at have the same data. How many times must I say: This is NOT the Stock Market! The stock market has a Central Authority. There is NO single central authority for Forex. Every broker gets their data from a collection of other brokers they agree to connect to. In a sense, Forex brokers are kind of like the bucket shops of old (read: Reminiscences of a Stock Operator.) If they wanted to they could actually make up the prices! Forex brokers data are quite similar, of course. Or the broker...Ignored
Disliked{quote} There's still a lot of work to be done to make Blessing MT5 compatible. There are some libraries out there but I haven't seen one that's very complete. So many functions to support. If anyone knows of a more complete, preferably open source, library for conversion from MT4 to MT5 please let me know.Ignored

Disliked{quote} Hello! Yes, the only version I saw was here in this post: https://www.forexfactory.com/showthr...8#post12261908 And don't compile! It has about 100 errors and 2 warnings. {file} {file}Ignored
Disliked{quote} I don't know what happened. fxtrue did some nice work cleaning up some issues on the MT4 version. But his MT5 version was unusable. Parameters used the comments from the code instead of the original names in the manual and it was a bit of a mess. It never worked for me. With no source it wasn't fixable. I guess he gave up. Since he had just subscribed to the site I suspect he was here to make a buck selling something, I don't know. Blessing is open source. Anything that takes us away from that is not acceptable. I don't want to trade a black...Ignored
