Another leg-in trade with a lot of potential I have been nursing for a while: Sep30 XLE $47.21 long calls I bot for 20c. Been waiting for a good chance to calendarize (in June maybe) and sell the same strike to cut that debit in half at least....I could sell the July $48 calls for 16c today.....I will wait some more....

I wanna see that run to 3,000, let's go cheesedick bulls. I have Jun SPY $299/300 vertcal calls I bot for 9c weeks ago....they're worth 55c today and I'd like to get at least a dime more....

WOULD BUY A 661 DAYS TO EXPIRE PUT OR A 30 DAYS TO EXPIRE PUT ?WHAT ARE THE PRO AND CONS OF 90 DAYS TO EXPIRE VS 661 DAYS TO EXPIRE?

in options, you pay for time. if you are convinced something is going to move down soon, buy a short term put. I always look to buy moire time, as opposed to less, giving me an opportunity to sell options against those I have bought.

I don't have time to feed you trade ideas. I very rarely trade gold and related names, so I'm not a good resource for that trade anyway.

Looks like the DJIA is about to hit some hard resistance at around 26200, which will most likely bounce off of....I'll watch the SPY around that time for some PUTS....

I think we are going to start hearing that the COVID-19 vaccine trials aren't as successful as we hoped they would be.....that's gonna push their expected delivery date farther into next year...if at all....
