Things are looking much better this week, than they've looked for quite a while. I'm following Paul's lead by starting trading earlier than before; Monday at 6:00 PM. Here are my results so far this week:

For me, this sprung out of something someone said over on the main strategy thread. I took some time to analyse the figures for the past 12 months, and did some testing and some tweaking and came up with a subset of the strategy that seems to be doing well...adapt and survive
Still in testing at the moment, but it's looking promising, and it looks like I have a nice new EA (I'm cheekily going to call it Equity Guardian, lol) to close all my trades when I reach a certain profit (or, heaven forbid, a loss!). When I'm happy with it, I'll post it for everyone to use.

Closed early for roughly 15% profit...not by choice though: I was testing my own equity sentry EA and a bug triggered the closing of all trades!
market seem to be making big moves earlier and earlier in the week since this system came to notice, some 200% ranges on pairs on Monday alone

Is the new setting just suiting to current conditions? As it differs from the original strategy.
Just want to be sure my demo defaults are still recommended.

The original strategy (and therefore settings) remains unchanged, I have simply done some back testing (ok, quite a LOT of back testing, actually) and made some tweaks for my own personal use.
I would encourage anyone using this strategy to test on their own broker, as price feeds from different brokers CAN have a huge effect on this strategy, and also recommend that people continue testing periodically as the markets change.
