my request is very simple

just need an indicator to draw an up/down arrow when the attached indicator changes it's color Filtered by the crossover of two moving averages set from indicator parameters

Yes,MT4 ver indicators were coded first and now coders trying to migrate all previous MT4 work to MT5 that needs years -
invest more time on learning and gaining appropriate knowledge this is how everybody doing,no shortcut

The indicator you posted,is pirated (theft/stolen) decompiled code and renamed too

the original indicator it is renamed (cloned) from is Mladen's code HMA (Hull Moving Average)
can you imagine how much time it takes to find and know the origin of a indicator from decompiled scrape,a painful job
look back at your previous post,how many downloads,a kind of misleading and traders lost by attractive names,thanks to shit sellers resellers
please be care and avoid bringing and posting decompiled shit stuff
in example picture both applied almost with same parameters,over lapping each other,the difference in arrows,Mladen ver is nrp,will not repaint ever

PS : Experts here (excluding me) are keen to help FF trading community,if and when time allow them,but you poster may show a little mercy and cooperation regarding decompiled codes,simply we get back a poor excuse "i was not aware of"

Try this one:
You can set BarShift to 0 to get current candle.
Default is 1 - which is previous bar.
