As simple as possible: 00 level trading

First of all, I'm happy to see you've booked some green pips into account. That's great! But your trading style is just scalping you don't use SL even which is very risky. However, you should try to set up your trades accordingly to the 00-Level-System. About the 97% win ratio, there is no such even not mine. This is a set and forget system so you should be able to manage your losses if there are any. To find the better entries you should use some additional indicators like a CSM, PsyLevels Dashboard and something like CCM (Currency Correlation Meter).

I hope you all have been successful today so far since there are still some trading opportunities. Ever since some minutes USD & JPY has reached the bottom of the CSM which means, on the other hand, lots of Pips to grab.

For myself, the best currencies to trade were AUD & GBP against JPY & USD. The couple of AUD & GBP was nicely moving hand in hand.

Few questions :

Do you take one trade in an hour or 30 minutes.

You have history of tons of data with your experience please can you advice, does it matters to place trade pending order only at 00 or 05 levels in new candle ( if yes , what time 15 minutes or 30 minute) Or it does not matter, trade can be placed as market order without waiting for a new candle.

I use M15 chart only and I try not to overtrade as this is not easy sometimes. To tell you the truth it really depends on market conditions. If there is a good move I try to find a second setup but not on the same bar.

This is something that requires some kind of experience. I can't fix it on some rules. What I can say from my experience if the market is trending then no need to wait. Just set a pending order and it should move the way it should go. If the market is more weak or tending sideways I always wait on the bar to end especially if there are less than 2 - 3 mins till the end.

Today I had so many things to do. There was a little time only to find a good setup. I didn't join the 1st move at 8.00 am because of the red news for GBP. Instead, I was waiting on the retracement. It was a perfect one on the 61.8 level. Now I was waiting till the price was above the MA10 and there I found my setups for EJ & GJ. Because of a strong 61.8 retracement, no opposite bar on EJ, I've set TP speculative on 15 instead of 5 as usual and it worked perfectly.

Yesterday I finished programming my small dashboard that will help me to have an overview of market price actions. My focus of course still lays on my preferred 8 pairs but sometimes they are not synced or whatever reason so it's good to have a look at other pairs as well. To have that little tool doesn't mean I can follow blindly! It's just a suggestion on what may work. I still have to check the chart on whether all conditions are met.

And that's how it worked for me since rollover last night:

Of course, I still have to check if I can rely on my little helper in all market conditions. This then will make watching the market a bit easier.

And here's a little bit about my tool. I'm using M$ Excel which is connected to the MT4 Platform thru DDE which stands for Dynamic Data Exchange. If you don't know what it is, just g**gle for it. It's based on a combination of CSM (Currency Strenght Meter), double GAP calculation and double Correlation (Currencies & Pairs). For the calculation, it requires the data for at least the last 50 bars of the close on a daily base. Out of it comes an array for the correlation of the currency pairs. The calculation for the correlation of the currencies is based on the values from relative strength (there is more than one value!).

You are wrong Carneiro! A Forum is not only to show how good or bad we are to trade a system, to manage the risk, the finance or whatever else. A Forum also is to share our experiences and to give ideas on how we can improve a system, trading style or just ourselves.

What I show here first is that this system is still alive and very profitable. On the second hand, I always have ideas about what else one can do to make our trading a bit easier.

And if you don't have or use additional tools to improve your trading you still can learn from the screenshots of the trades I've taken. Just compare it to yours and ask yourself why you have or haven't taken a trade the way I did it.

Once again I have to say that tool is just to watch the market and finally suggests in accordance with my implemented rules and parameters a trade. I always have to check then the respective chart of that pair whether all rules for setting up a pending order are met or not.

It's up to you to take it as it is, to contribute and to help and to become better step by step or you just leave and ignore it.

Exactly This is what i do on daily basis , and try to lean from others charts , Try to see that trade on my charts with my tools what i have and try to figure out how i can take this trade while using my tools ( since i may not have other traders tools/ dashboard etc) . In my terminology i called it REVERSE engineering. I do every day same thing again & again by putting Jibala Trades on my chart and trying to figure out what is common (as per my tools) in every trade.

I will give you an example of my recent reverse engineering a system.

I know a person and also know that earlier he had followed a trade system , which i also followed. some how recently i got his trades log (approx 20 trades). He did not disclose his others details even what system, tools, time frame he is following . And i started my Reverse Engineering.

I put all his trades on my chart and noticed a common pattern ( parameters) . After this i started my forward live testing and found that it is working out.

Last i want to say we have to try to do our efforts with whatever tools we have . We can learn from other traders trade log and Charts ( like Jibal Charts)

many thanks for your kind words. You know, one of my attitudes is not to give up no matter what. But sometimes I'm losing all my mood to continue after reading comments like the one above. It's not my mistake that this guy is a double left-handed, has no ideas, is lurking around and always begging if he sees something he wants to have. It's not my mistake that he's not a programmer so that he can create his own set of tools. It's not my mistake that I have a big flat screen and he has not. Do I, therefore, have to stop watching TV? It's not my mistake that I have a car and he maybe not? Do I, therefore, have to stop driving my car? Of course not! But because of people like this one a thread becomes rude, people become more and more jealous and finally, one word gives the other until the thread has died.

The only good thing is that there are still some others besides such individuals.

Ok, back to the topic! I already started last night just watching what's going to happen after the roll-over. I wanted to fetch some quick pips, because of the todays EUR Bank Holiday I didn't expect that much to happen. After roll-over, I still have to wait for at least two hours until I can set up an order because the market is not acting as normal during that time.

So then here's what has worked more or less good for me:

I got USDJPY and AUDNZD set the pending orders and went to bed. Finally, the chance is 50/50 always because the market can change its mind at any time.

Not really a big surprise in the morning but happy of course since my decision to take both, at the end was the right decision. A choppy market then, not easy to find a good setup. I got then a buy for EJ.
