200 pips swing really not too much ... if that hurts your account,, you might over use your leverage.. .. try to cut down the position size in half..and hold positions longer ... give that a try... to see your results better next time...

523% is fantastic by any standard. I am only 10% up since last week. Thia range trading burnt 90% of my gains since last week. Ill stick to 5 and 10 pip scalp. That worked well since january.
