Best FOREX Broker for Canadian Traders?!

I only want the best and most trusted broker!
I'd also prefer it to be True-ECN so it's not b-booked, am i right on this one?

only 3 choices we have. oanda, friedberg and forex.com. leverage is sucked. if you go offshore with small startup account it's ok but if you for large account it's worriesome

IB (Interactive Brokers) or none.

ALL brokers mentioned here so far and in the poll are pure sh*t.

As a Forex trader in Canada are you allowed to open accounts with brokers outside of Canada; also am hearing that it's not legal to open accounts with brokers that don't have an office in Canada etc. and are dont have IIROC or CIPF clearance/ memberships etc. ???
