As one who uses the TREND STRENGTH RSI, This is how i use it. Disable Monthly TF. Values under 50---- Favor short trades...I dis-regard all trades against the trend Vales under 30--- Im more likely to take reversals, seeing the Overall picture is extended. (There is no set rule for this, each trader just has to assess the market and make that decision for themselves.Since, the market in a strong downtrend can keep pushing down and down for days even in an overextended state. Just use other confluences to make a good decision with risk management....
