Hi Paul! Thanks for the update. The rational behind the above suggestion was the assumption (maybe wrong) that taking a 20-30% SL on a $1k account would technically equal to wiping out a $200-300 account - without actually wiping out an account.

I really hope that you having small accounts got out on that retrace on AJ because EU deosnt seem to come back down.....I am happy i only traded 3 pairs today if not i would been margincalled for sure i skip EJ and AJ and theese two pairs had massive moves also...155% and 158% ADR on thoose two so i dont think anyone with account smaller than 6-700 dollars with all 5 pairs made it today....

PM.Well could be you where lucky and the EA only bought on thoose two pairs...

I traded all 5 pairs on my 700 account. I closed first AUDJPY manually and an hour later EURJPY manually. Leaving me with the legendary profit of 2€. Bottom line is. There is always an additional option or a limit that could be implemented and tested. But that is not the point. All these options do not have to be or let´s better say, should not be automated. This EA was never meant to be left running alone. And I still think the human component for trading grids and martingale is the most important and at the same time most undervalued part. If you would throw in a value for closing orders at a certain point, it would always close the same way, once it reaches this particular value. A good example would be a percent SL or an ADR value. With any of these settings, my main account would most likely be blown today. But it isn´t.

Well you are really good to see that thoose moves continued,,,,I did a Hedge and a marty of 1 lot and profited 137 dollars on EU that i interfered in....AU and Uj i closed with loss....But i am happy with the outcome of 56 dollars ore 11% even the drawdown was massive...

=======UPDATE=======

In Post#1 is an updated version. This version is now valid until 15th June 2020.

As well you have now the option to change the trading hours of the EA. The hours are based on your broker´s server time.

I have 2 different mt4 with different accounts and with hours to start the EA a little different, now I have closed both MT4 saying that it has reached the TP, which is supposed to be 100, one account has closed with 55e and the other with 56e.
Could it be that the EA knows that I have 2 different accounts and has performed the average of the accounts to obtain TP?
Or have you simply closed because you considered it a good time to close everything?

Did you close baskets for a single pair at some point manually and re-attached the EA? The EA can not know that you have different accounts and I have no access to close your trades. Are you on live or demo?

If you switch to equity instead of balance i think it will show around 100 dollars i think...

I think I know what happened, yesterday I closed all trades manually with a total profit of 45e on both accounts and turned off the autotrading of the MT4.
at night I activated the autotrading of mt4 again, today to be with a profit of 55e the EA would have estimated that they were the 100e of profit (45e yesterday + 55e today)
when we close manually how do we restart the EA completely so that it does not consider previous results? completely closing mt4?

Hello.. I am afraid to test an EA with limited time, when the time come and trading is on negative floating will risk my account.
How to obtain the unlimited EA ?

That is done in a day ore two just close pair by pair when a basket is closed.....OP has extended the timelimit to 15.June its not for sale yet,,,

When you close manually, you have to remove the EA entirely and re-attach it. But be aware, if it is still running on all other pairs, it will not close on the same equity goal. Once you get the alert by the other pairs, you have to close the remaining orders yourself. Handy update coming in 3 minutes.

Thanks, I like this to be able to modify the TP, because I think that a good way to run this EA and have a more exponential gain would be:
-balance 1000, lot 0.01, TP 100, SL protection 300e
-balance 2000, lot 0.02, TP 200, SL 600e protection
if balance decreases from 1500e, again lot 0.01 TP 100 SL 300
etc...

Yes, all such things are already implemented in the EA. I´ve been testing this on and off for the past 2 years. The logic sounds great theoretically but does not give you any gain at the end.

It´s limited for protecting not to be sold by other people than me. There is currently not a way to purchase the EA.
Will keep this post updated, when and if it will be possible.

Very nifty little EA, but it needs babysitting to prevent a trade account from blowing up.

Some suggestions/questions;

Could you possibly put the EA logo and text in the bottom right corner ?
As is, the trade direction and position size are invisible (see screenshot).

Add a setting where the user receives a push notification if the lot size of the total open positions on 1 pair exceeds X.
I am using a modified version of the iHistory indicator, and set total lot size warning to 0.10.
Running your recommended pairs without supervision, it will send me a heads up if trades on 1 (or more) pairs start going "against me".

I will consider your ideas for the next update. As I will have an extended long holiday weekend with my family from tomorrow on, an update will most likely not happen before next week.
