Today I broke too many rules to even count
This loss brings me to only $+85 for the week. Certainly could be worse!
but tomorrow I will need to follow my rules and re-hash things before the open tomorrow. A loss like this is not necessary at all, especially when I was at daily target profit by 9am.

Picking myself up and brushing off the dust right now!

Low and behold, I am not perfect.
First losing day in like, months?

This is the problem with day trading, self sabotage for breaking the rules. Almost everyday I am down this road.
Just persist. We will get back to it keep moving forward.
Tell your wife or partner share it, self compassion important too.

Look at my journals 1st October 2019 week, or 1st February 2018 week.......a bloodbath, a massacre for me, luckily recovered in fast and decent way!
But now I thanks those terrible days: I learned to appreciate even a couple pips gain, I learned to stay with both feet on the ground always, probably I've improved my trading..at least so far!
Without those terrible days, I would not be the same trader, ops a survivor, as I am today!

I hope I did not force force you to be on the wrong side of the market, bias is a killer.

...Updated P/L for today. A few small scalps end of day here. I am totally done for the day. So for the week, still positive $+230.... Ooof
So tomorrow I will take it easy I think. I will be trading still, but carefully, and small. To regroup my thinking.

Nope not your fault RMG! I got faked out by that big support that broke momentarily, and I already was short from the open so bias was my own fault!

I did reverse the trade....around NOON! I was sweating bullets. Scaled up my long size as well... exited and re-entered the long. I knew I was wrong, but at that point I'm like - hey I hope this thing has enough steam to cover my loss for today?!?!
I did almost physically puke lol.

Those are old, nowadays too good to trade asian and euro session. where you find 20 ticks SL instead of 50 ticks in US session.
today is in cross junction important levels thats why, more over i should have wait for clear BO instead of jumping the gun all over the place.

I agree mostly, 99% of the time I no longer trade Asia. I think I traded Asia 1 time in 3 months.
My philosophy is to be a winner and winners pick their window of trading. 3 to 4 hour window, same time each day. That way we avoid being glued to the screen and losing on extra trades that aren't necessary.

What charting platform is that? Awesome.
23600 I say! I'm done for the day though!

I woke up at 4am, went long, got smacked on that and reversed to make most back. Then started to buy again.
I didn't want to let this trade run though. I bought down in the xx346 area, targets were xx400 xx450 xx500 and possible xx650 (BIG maybe)

Stay safe and take it easy! It's Friday

Yes and i dont trade the first hour of U.S that is to volitile and on CFD`S atleast asian session i heard you are trading against broker algos cause the market is closed for DOW and DAX and with DAX i have huuuuge spreads in asian session so cant be traded at all....But that can be just my broker.....Anyway with renkos i think the string of bricks are much easier to read in U.S session and i am totaly sure there are no manipulation sice DOW and other indieses are many,many stocks being bought and sold so there are no big forces pushing the instrument in any direction.....I am sorry if i am wrong with someting,but that is how i feel its like and been told...
