Thank you for your post.

You are absolutely correct. I find the Asian sessions more fruitful for the pairs I trade - I mostly trade just 4 pairs - GBPNZD, GBPAUD, EURAUD and EURNZD.

What I mean is that the trend of the currency pair starts when Hong Kong/Japan markets open and continues with London open.

Everyone has their own style. Many traders prefer London open. I find a significant amount of the move has already happened by then!

hi I'm curious about this too. do you get a decent number of trades during the week trading the Asian session?

As in the world of Forex, sometimes the Asian trades are beneficial but not always.

Look at the trade taken today 11 May 2020, on EURNZD - I had a loser and a winner, but overall I am positive on pips and $ for the day on this trade. That is the idea in Forex!

Trade taken today EURNZD - M20 = 58 pips - £277 = $340
