do your math.
both cost you the same to take, but one give you approx 9% more capital to work with ( literally for free).
a no brainer!

ps. your bank will convert your money for approx 0.5% fee at transfer, so dont worry much about...you can withdraw USD to your EUR acct, and it will automatically be done.
there is always, always another trade!!

Ok. But let me complicate it a bit

The extra capital doesn't help you unless you trade up all of the margin most of the time right? But the pip value in € is higher than in the $ right? So in that case wouldn't it be better to trade in € account?

The Size of the position is based on the Base Currency of the instrument you are trading, Say 1lot is 1 lots in USD on a USD Base Currency Pair, 1 Lot USD will always be the same Value , be you have EUR or USD on your account,


Please, One should look at him / her self, am i knowledgable enough to be a Funded Professional trader? or am i missing some basic knowledge and should continue to study a bit more before i go Pro in the hardest business in the world.

the question is easy and the answer easier, we trade currencies, sometimes it is better to usd and other eur, but if you have the account in eur and trade in usd you have to convert to eur when you go to withdraw money.
The important thing is how we participants in this thread are to be united and not to criticize but to be proactive.
The key is that we have FTMO and we are the ones who try to achieve this goal, we make interesting contributions and not be selfish.

Hi, can anyone please tell how much time does it take to get verification account once you clear the challenge.

I passed the challenge and have been waiting for two days.
