Starting to look like distribution in front of ADP & NFP later in the week. TWT

Meanwhile summer temperatures here and slight easing of our lockdown so enjoying walking again during controlled daily hours

750 was the place where the short had a good r/r (gap close). Now we're in the middle.

Agreed, the retest of yesterday's high in confluence with today's R1 before XO was the place to sell. Then the lower high after XO was another opportunity which I took for the drop to 50% of the overnight fall

Good, you can't live in the middle of Mediterranean standing isolated in your house!
It must be the same as a prison with the amazing views and nature you have around there!

I re.started to watch the sea only last monday after nearly a quarter and I felt a big emotion, like a child !!

I'm almost sure that German Constitutional Court yd statement was written by BUNDESBANK Chief Weidmann...
It's so accurate in his financial remarks, that no judge in the world may write in that way, imho!

I hold 1 DAX CFD 679 with target 800 zone and above.

Additionals only below my entry price and down to 58..zone. OnlyDAX CFds, as Caiuss wrote previousy, I'm not so hungry...for now!

i've read the Bundesverfassungsgericht statement, they are pointing to some very important articles of the constitution. What Conte says is wrong, because the German Constitutional Court did not judge about ECB or European Court but said that German government and parliament did violate german citizens' rights ... (ok what i'm saying is not exactly precise, so read original words here)

In its judgment pronounced today, the Second Senate of the Federal Constitutional Court granted several constitutional complaints directed against the Public Sector Purchase Programme (PSPP) of the European Central Bank (ECB). The Court found that the Federal Government and the German Bundestagviolated the complainants’ rights under Art. 38(1) first sentence in conjunction with Art. 20(1) and (2), and Art. 79(3) of the Basic Law (Grundgesetz – GG) by failing to take steps challenging that the ECB, in its decisions on the adoption and implementation of the PSPP, neither assessed nor substantiated that the measures provided for in these decisions satisfy the principle of proportionality. In its Judgment of 11 December 2018, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) has taken a different stance in response to the request for a preliminary ruling from the Federal Constitutional Court; however, this does not merit a different conclusion in the present proceedings. The review undertaken by the CJEU with regard to whether the ECB’s decisions on the PSPP satisfy the principle of proportionality is not comprehensible; to this extent, the judgment was thus rendered ultra vires. As regards the complainants’ challenge that the PSPP effectively circumvents Art. 123 TFEU, the Federal Constitutional Court did not find a violation of the prohibition of monetary financing of Member State budgets. The decision published today does not concern any financial assistance measures taken by the European Union or the ECB in the context of the current coronavirus crisis.

1. It's out of question that a German CC can made remarks to his Governement and Parilament.
2. But it's a big ? if one Court of one Nation could make remarks to EU Organisation, giving a timing and homework to do....
3. The same as Conte judging a stranger Court , he's not his role.
4. BundesBank is behind , I guess everyone suspect this.... You wrote GCC legal remarks , but watch the financial part, the same of a Weidmann interviews last years....
5. GCC wrote current Covid measures are out of this judgement, but Greece crisis was so close to current social, economic and financial emergency and not only in Europe, as showed by worlwide collapse on summer 2011......

Anyway Karuner, we are here to exploit our chances as traders and we must be pragmatic .
From our point of view there is only a way to watch these things: they sell higher and bought in fast/aggressive way the dip cause by the GCC news.
Nothing else really matters for we poor humans traders here!!
