I'd imagine they don't have the jurisdiction for such ruling, and in theory, they shall just accept the monetary policy of the ECB. Otherwise every country would decide their own policy and the euro would be no more. I hope I don't come trough as being sarcastic. It's more "I'm puzzled" mode here.Ignored
