Do you trade in all pairs that you have?

I wanna try to trade all the pairs that I have.
It is about 30+.
Looks like from Monthly to M30.
Then scalp on EU on M15 and M5.

Is it good?
Or wrong scenario?
Is it real trader?
Or just greed?

Please share your experience....

If you're trading a larger time frame, then you can trade all the pairs. But if day trading, that is a recipe for disaster.

To answer your question, yes I do trade a lot of pairs, but there are some that I also avoid because of the large volatility on a day to day basis. And since I trade larger time frames (daily and weekly), I also trade futures and US equities. On the other hand, I know some day traders who only focus on the major USD pairs.

agree , which trading pair you will use , it depends on so many conditions , so its difficult to answer within short lines.

Be very cautious about multiple positions.

There are 28 significant forex pairs, comprising exchange rates between AUD, CAD, CHF, EUR, GBP, JPY, NZD and USD. Each currency occurs in 7 pairs, for example,
EUR/AUD
EUR/CAD
EUR/CHF
EUR/GBP
EUR/JPY
EUR/NZD
EUR/USD

So if you take a long position on all 7 of these, you have a massive long trade on EUR and you are short on everything else. If EUR falls, you will take a massive hit. Also, it is highly unlikely that all the other 7 currencies are bearish or as bearish as each other, so some of these buy trades will be very low probability.

Likewise if you mix up your trade directions and take some EUR shorts as well as some EUR longs. If you believe EUR is likely to go up, why would you short it at all?
