I like zero crossing strategies with oscillators, so enter a trade when the oscillator crosses the middle line. In your opinion, how to avoid false signals of crosses (ie. when the oscillator crosses the zero line and then turn back - false signal)?

First, understand the 0 line cross is closely associated with the same period moving average cross. Let your imagination flow for ideas on how to capitalize on that. As for an easy filter that requires little to no thought, use a second time frame 0 line crossing.

Strictly following such a rule implies that you're always in the market, either long or short depending on the oscillator being positive or negative. This I think either leads to being swapped to death in ranging markets or failing to catch any significant trend (one or the other depending on whether the oscillator represents momentum or acceleration).
I would shift and separate the thresholds, so crossing some positive value upwards for going long and a vice versa for a short.
