the fcp mid line should be touching your circled point 3.
you are encouraged to use higher time frame when assessing lower time frame entry.
the downward sloping trend line in h1 would have indicated that buying is not ready yet.

pardon me if i am too long winded but i want you to get it right.
i don't mean your fibo, i mean your channel.
if your channel is not right, it follows your fibo is not right.
the blue arrow (middle line of channel) should be touching the blue square box.

So friends, let's continue.
This is the final part of the description of the FCP model, which does not prevent you from improving it in the future. I spoke earlier about the elements (additional signals) that create an advantage in our model towards its success. Two more such elements that are MA and MACD. With MACD, everything is simple. I am looking for divergences or hidden divergences at the maximum/minimum inside the channel, or on the trigger lines. For MA - I’m looking for the intersection of two lines, and if it is on the trigger line, this is ideal. Also, the MA lines for me are the final argument in deciding to open a deal. The rule: is to always look for a deal in the direction from the pink dashed line MA to the yellow dashed line MA. Even if you have the perfect channel and projection, if the MA lines are not crossed in the direction of the deal, the price may go against you. Below are some examples with explanations and settings for MA + MACD.

Note. MA settings may vary depending on the pair. Set up and see how price interacted with lines in the past.

this is quite common.
impulse wave broke yesterday's low and now in consolidation.
quite obvious that trend is down.
can someone suggest what are some of the ways presented in this thread to sell?

Another example of what I wrote above.
No comment, I think everything is clear there.
