Hello!
Yes, the channel and Fibo levels you have built correctly. We need one more Fibo level 0.750-0.786. These are two lines, but we will consider it one level. In the projection we have two trigger levels, these are 1.000 and 0.750-0.786. We will enter the deal at these levels. Later I will tell you by what criteria we will determine the entrance. On the chart, I showed the ideal ratio of channel lines, price swing and Fibo projection. This is what I wrote about before. Hope this clarifies. Give it a try.

Hello.
All right. Just need to fix some details. Show the middle line of the channel.
Fibo level 1.000 (trigger 1) we place at the place where the candle body exits the channel.
Raise the levels a few pips up. One more thing. To enter, I do not see a beautiful signal candle.
You need to look at the situation in the context of higher time frames.

Hi. Thanks Seysin32 realy cool stuff.

Just a short question, if dump please ignore and sorry than.

Would it be possible to measure simple the distance of the trendlinebreak to the last high/low and take this value for TP? Measured with fibs? Without channel?

Regards and nice WE,
Klausi

In the first post, I wrote about the main idea of the FCP: after the breakdown of the channel, the price travels a distance equal to its width. How to determine its width, if you do not build a channel? After all, the outer side of the channel is not always the high/low. Also, the middle line does not always go through the high/low. Sometimes the external side of the channel (and hence its width) is determined by the size of the first swing pulse at point 2. I also wrote about this. Nevertheless, I think that it is possible to build projections using only TL and levels Fibo. But for this you will have many settings for each case of price behavior. It is much easier to draw 2 parallel lines in a few seconds and two mouse clicks.

Unfortunately, in this example, part of the channel is not shown in the screenshot. There will be many more examples ahead, don’t worry. We will disassemble everything as questions arise.

No, not right.
1. Start with H1 charts. While you learn.
2. Where are the levels of 0.750-0.785?
3. Carefully read the description in previous posts on how to build TL.
I made a model for you on my chart. Chances to reach TP 50/50. Additional signals needed.

Hello Seysin32, I like your system and I would like to apply it in the best way. I have to tell him that I understand the mechanics and how it is applied, but in order to start it, the first thing I need to know is the "channel", I explain:
That channel, which indicator is it? or how is it built ?. I use metatrader4, does my indicator exist on my platform?
If I could solve this problem, for me it would be easier to follow the system, because as I say I already understand the mechanics
a greeting

Hi
For MetaTrader4 users,
I think
the " Fibo Channel " with modified levels,
is the best for drawing the channel.

The regular fibo channel in MT4 is not an equal distance channel.
By changing the default setting ( as I show in the image ), we can make the equidistant channel with 5 lines ( the regular fibo channel has 6 lines ) for using in this system.
This fibo channel does not have any relation with fibo levels , which we have to use in next step of the system.

Dear Seysin, thank you very much for working out this model, i re-learn and understand much more.

I use fractal to find the bottoms and this system will help in avoiding the fake out signal. As we follow the price movement, we tends to jump into trade too early, FOMO. This system provide clear guidance & we can set standing orders, really set & forget.

Please let me know if my understanding is correct.

1st chart: when the price cross below the channel, we may enter sell limit at Fibo level 0.786; However, when the price move back into the channel, this signal is invalid and we got to hunt for the next setup.

2nd chart: when the price cross below the channel, our setup of standing order entry-TP is perfect! (we could use candle cross Fibo levels to extend our TP beyond 0.382). This is RR of 1:6 !!
