I think the idea is for you to read up on the subject and try again.

As for my view, I would move the chart back a bit, to start your count back earlier rather than force a count where you started your count. That gives you a better picture of 5 possible waves before a bottom. Also, adding another view from a higher time compression might give you another perspective of this move. Just a thought.

But don't take my word for it. You do the work.

Pattern cannot trend unless is divorced from retracement waves. Rule for wave 4.

either a wave is impulse or corrective. according to elliott in order for a wave to be an impulse the retracements must be divorced from each other (wave 4 not over lap into wave 1/2 territory). if retracement waves overlap then its some corrective pattern. I still dont get why some are labeled abc then bc bc bc on your chart (maybe corrections of corrections as waves are overlapping.)...but probably just need more time to think it through.

wrapping my head around EWT is confusing because of all the other adulterated versions of elliotts work thats out there with all these weird bogus counting and mislabeling of waves. must unlearn old ways of seeing things in order to learn the right way. hope im on right path

Cable crashed and now recovering, so seems clear to me. Lots of good opportunities but staying aware and nimble, not leaving my babies alone. Ready to cut if knife falls again.

Most things are closed in Europe, selling facemasks not an option and maybe not so effective, social distancing means we shouldn't get within 2 metres of someone. But I have a packet ready in case I need it.

Maybe better if I get the virus and build antibodies while I'm healthy, better risk, or if God pleases, I come for a visit?

I think the US Treasury will begin to issue 50 year and 100 year bonds, force a .25% interest rate on them, and the Fed will buy these up on the secondary market to put on their balance sheet...forever. 20 trillion sounds about right -- maybe 6 or 7 trillion to cover the Covid-19 bailout, and the rest to refinance existing debt. I would be surprised if the US 10 year isn't negative by this fall. And fti, wouldn't this be the time to sell shares in US banks?

I disposed all holdings of non tangable assets.

But fearing they invoke no shorts.
So liquidated assets and wait they force my shorts to square while market tanks.

Can buy lots market puts, swallow the money authority manipulation wants pump into the markets.
It crazy buy anything but puts, they all in red books.
At this juncture even samurai bonds looks like junk.
To me all corp papers now is liability. All corp loans is extreme credit risk with close to no interest coshion. Equities is corp loans and the no capacity pay dividents. Is worst than have handicapped child. Little income, mountain dead weight (sunken cost) expenditure.

I have great hope that within the next 7 to 10 days, we will have enough proof that several off the shelf antivirals will save the day. Then we can spend the rest of April flooding the country and world with hydroxychloroquine instead of debt. But we need another strategy soon. In the last 2 weeks, around 10,000,000 Americans applied for unemployment benefits, and that can't continue.

I'm taking lots of immune booster now, in case I get the virus but I'm not seeking it out. Ski season is over, all ski resorts closed early so it's just me and my ski partner now, she's a sporty one ;-)

So with counter party, I worked for a clearing house many many years but thought it was all (or mostly) automated. Maybe I should have understood more of the business side better. What is not automated, where is the risk? I heard a story where one side defaulted, they had to organise a delivery of a ship full of oil.
