Disliked{quote} Thanks for testing and sharing. The loss on EURGBP was due to volatility swing, I got hit on real account and the demo in my trade explorer. The system actually got the direction correct, and a re-entry would have recovered the loss for break even or profit. See you next week. {image}Ignored
DislikedNot many about. I will post my latest version of my spreadsheet. One week only but easily extendable to cover as many weeks as required. I have also added the actual code should anyone be interested enough, not an .exe {file} {file}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi Spikehunter, Is this one in place of the One you posted on the 14th?Ignored
Disliked{quote} Yes I have changed it a bit and so all the calculations are done in the script. Just having an issue with the multi week one. But still working on it. If you can please check through it and see if you agree. No need to do all the trades. The calcs don't take into account SL or TP. Its a bit raw at the moment. I will only develop it further if I find it of use or someone else does. I think that I am going to look at a better entry, SL & TP strategy. Next week I will let it run as is and develop a more considered approach to the former. Hope...Ignored

DislikedRequest for help to coders, would there be a condition to add for a BUYSTOP order to be executed only if the candle's closing is above the trigger level? (and vice versa for a SELLSTOP order) Thank you in advance .Ignored
DislikedHello everyone For cases where volatility is deemed too high on Monday for example, here is the modified EA to take into account only the day before for the calculation of the range, such as Tuesday or Wednesday ... according to an idea of redfan. {file}Ignored
DislikedOxff is right; here is the reworked EA to be able to choose the day on which open orders are closed; in "day of the week" display 3 for Wednesday, 4 for Thursday or 5 for Friday. But the best as Spikehunter suggests in a short week is to do nothing and go on vacation ;-) Good luck friends. {file}Ignored
Disliked{quote} I dropped it with the EA's but noticed it said script at the end, so I put it in with the script folder is that correct, I dropped it onto the page and nothing has happened, is that correct. ps, a cold is not bad, it's the cough you don't want.Ignored
Disliked{quote} I wanted to give you an idea to make EA more profitable, it would be when you reach 50% of the target, close half of the position and put the stoploss on the BE, I think there would have to be a message to warn you that you should use even lots. Your collaboration is very good ...Ignored

DislikedBeen lurking in the shadows for a while. Love the idea of the 2 day breakout. Weeding out the BS trades with some filters can be an enormous help. Enabling a hidden trailstop could be huge after one of the first 2 targets have been hit. Just my 2 cents. Happy trading this week, stay green!!! {image}Ignored
