they are not the perfect zones .. try to draw them on bigger time frames if u are a beginner .

An Idea for drawing zones for anyone who wants to try.
Use Fibonacci tool on a higher time frame than your entry trigger time frame.
So, if you trade off the 5 minute chart, maybe you can use the hourly chart as your chart to plot your zones, if you use 1 minute you can use the 30 min chart etc.

Then you use the period separator and use that as the high/low point to draw your fibs from.

Also to get more zones, you can draw two fibs from top to bottom, and bottom to top.

Im not a trend trader . i trade supply and demand with price action. those all setups are based on supply and demand trading with price action .. when the price action locked i dont mind the trend ..

when its coming to daily weekly and monthly charts , its easy to trade supply and demand .. if you are a beginner its ok to follow the daily trend . so if the daily trend is up then only take the demand zones . if the daily trend is down take the supply zones ..

What is the lowest timeframe you recommend ?

Im usually trading 1 in 5 min and 1 hour. And im gaining quite a bit experience, although i start making stupid decisions and profits can go away fast.

Took a supply on 5 min inside 1 hour supply. Taking partial a little lower and final target below. Hopefully it works out.
