What a disaster is going on with Lmax, freezing, lagging spreads went yesterday sky high and problems just dont end. This was ftmos worst implementation of a broker. Even IC markets was working way better even with problems they had. There are also problems with purple and other brokes. You have a complete set of trash brokers. Some ended cooperation with you and with some you ended yourself.

Dear TradeOtakar when will you realise that for this kind of business you cant use some retail brokers and especially not demo accounts?

You need a good non-retail broker where you can open live accounts for funded traders.

Also you should disable trial trading completely. Its better to have 100 solid traders that can trade by your rules than to have 300 idiots that will blow their accounts sooner or later.

A good broker should be a no.1 priority for you, but it looks like you just care for the fees and the stupid people taking trials hoping they will make it.

Not sure if it helps but try changing your server at the bottom right of MT4 to Main. It works better for me. Today is the first "normal" day that I experience with LMax, past week was a disaster.

Guys, long time lurker here. I just posted to say - please stop the constant bickering. Some of us reading this thread are actually interested in fact-based comments regarding FTMO and what they offer (or as the case may be, problems with their service such as the recent LMAX issues). The most recent comments that fx11trade and Clivethien posted are actually informative/helpful and I, for one, would welcome similar commentary going forward. Cheers...

Thanks for informative update - one can understand resulting frustrations and distressing trading conditions.

FTMO has not addressed my above post regards server utilization.

FTMO claim the issues were (but apparently still are) with FTMO terminal-servers.

As such, one would be inclined to conclude problems to originate not with the various brokers but with FTMO and their terminal-server link to the various brokers.

Brokers terminating agreement with FTMO would indeed indicate concerning deterioration.

  1. In the interest of further transparent assessments where can enquirers at this thread access information regards FTMO/Broker agreement terminations.

If you trade majors pairs, FTMO LMAX looks like the better option. IC market was the best tho. But if you trade minors pairs spreads are widen (relative to IC Market)
I didn't have any problem with IC Market. I'll come back to FTMO if they offer agin that option.

Just got back from a Call with Admiral Markets (Martin Mardov) he told me that there was not possible to trade with Admiral Markets and FTMO since they dont have any partnership together, and he also told me severeal Clients had no recieved Funds from FTMO even though they had made enough Funds to withdraw,

I called FTMO and they Say that There is a contract between Admiral Markets and FF-Trader(FTMO) and nobody is being unpaid.

I Wish for FTMO or admiral Markets to answer it Here because it leaves alot of confusion.

In these case don't pay you admiral markets but FTMO they give you the capital!

i think this is pretty important No matter who pays,

If admiral markets says its not possible
FTMO says its possible,

someone has the wrong information

Keeping silent and letting conjectures and suspicion brew is really not reassuring and in any way a very bad idea...

It means that your demo account is mirrored unknown where and you trade and make money for someone unknown.
In this case you will never be able to withdraw the profit you generate. And when you try to find out what is going on, you will be presented a story which you will never be able to understand.

  1. can FTMO confirm if there is any non-disclosure agreement/s in the contract between FTMO and hired traders preventing said traders from reporting publicly any non-payments or other grievances.

And Since Admiral Markets is still one of the Brokers you can choose in the FTMO platform!
I reported Back exactly what Admiral Markets REP Martin Mardov Told me. I dont have the papers, i just have to trust their words.

Mardov did mention an old Contract that expired Prior to 1 year ago, and was no longer valid.

Two quoted references to dialog with Admiral Markets - first with a contact reference (Martin Mardov) and second without a contact reference.

Although the second statement may fit a more positive narrative it is not definitively conclusive - not at this point in time and space - low level broker support is notoriously poor quality.

AM operates different AM brand entities under different regulatory bodies (asic CySEC fca) - both comments do not mention which AM entity was contacted - the one hand may not know what is going on with the other.

Perhaps a request to AM for an official comment on thread would be more definite - however, if there is any form of agreement with FTMO they would likely not participate.

Comment in general

If the ICM account is a standard account there is no commission - the images then reflect an accurate comparison.
If the ICM account is a raw spread account the commission must be converted to an equivalent spread and this added to the existing ICM spread for an accurate like-for-like spread comparison against the FTMO-LMAX non commissioned spread.

ICM MT4 round turn commission is $7/lot. This equates to an additional 7 points or 0.7 pips spread.
