Its still jittery awhile ago. Like connection on and off earlier.
Still waiting for their reply. Option 2 is weird. I have an opened position and I cant even move a sl to secure anything. And no email response from them at all. Sigh...

I have one specific question. I can't get robust answer from your customer support. So maybe I will be lucky to get it here.

If I would like to trade stocks CFDs (apart from FX and indices) - with which brokers it is possible to make it during the "challange" and "verification" to have those stages valid ?

What I mean is (according to info on your website) - with some brokers there is about 15 min delay in stocks CFDs charts - so for obvious reasons, results from trading that kind of CFDs with those brokers can't be taken into result in this "challange" and "verification". (I refer to this article https://ftmo.com/en/trading-accordin...e-real-market/)

So which brokers allow me to trade stocks CFDs without this delay, so I can trade them in "challange" and "verification" phases ? and have that results included in my final result ?

Even the website now is having issues now. Cant assess account metrix.

I cant seem to be able to reach any of them. Their support (Skype, Email, Live Chat) has no response thus far.

I have an outstanding trade before i encountered issues and because i was waiting for a response for option 2... It has moved from profit to drawdown. (I cant move my sl to lock in any profit in order to eligible for option 2)..

I have literally been waiting for days on end to resume my demo account with the 'FTMO' server which is still currently saying 'account disabled'. i will be using the Purple Trading broker from here onwards because its getting rediculous now

Mine isnt on disabled mode and its still on draw down. Sigh.

I am being thrown from one side to the other and from believing FTMO is legit company to be more and more convinced that there is something fishy about them.

Well let’s think and put yourself in their shoes.
First why would you want to do such big changes within the server park/providers/technology with such rush without making sure everything works faultless before it gets implemented?
A professional company which respects and values its clients, will do everything to ensure faultless server operations because people put their real money and people expect everything to rely only and only on their own capabilities as traders and nothing else. Nobody wants slippage, offline and server downtime when everything around trading is about speed, stability and robustness. And a company doing brokerage or a prop firm providing such services, should unquestionably be aware of that.
It looks like this is not the case with FTMO, or there’s is just something strange.
I wouldn’t do such major changes without making sure everything will work before implemented.
Why a company like FTMO didn’t do that and hence causing tremendous instability in their entire environment and creating such a confusion and inconvenience for their clients.
Is this intentional or is it just an amateur way of handling a situation?

They are un-experienced and understaffed. It's a young company. They are still doing everything on demos instead getting the funded accounts on a live account. No broker will never ever put as much attention to a demo server as it does to a live server. And ftmo is still and will be a demo company.

Luckily I went with Enfoid and completed my evaluation test within 4 days and had to wait for minimum 10 days though. Real professional prop firm with exact same rules and less deposit is required. I started 25k challenge with 200$ deposit only and now about to get Verification account: https://www.enfoid.com/p/38199448

If u can passed from enfoid why not try ftmo 70% profit sharing, better than enfoid.

  2. Enfoid has constant online support, even live chat with a human.
  3. Enfoid has support, ftmo has very fragmented support if at all.

So many reasons, 20% extra is not worth the difference if it is not a professional operation. Just my experience.

To all potential challengers , please be aware that FTMO is currently experiencing “technical issues “ (sic) which will delay the reception of your account credentials and log-in details, which given the current volatility is more than problematic and can translate into huge missed opportunities...
But don’t worry for your purchase payment, swift as usual

Why aren't they having a proper/standard communication with all paid members regarding their tech issues. They will only respond to those who write to complain about the issues with the platform. Why can't they have a blanket announcement on their website or on social media like twitter etc on this issue?

Because they are a crap. Sorry but as a matter of fact that’s what they are. No professional company will handle a situation like this one the way they do. In fact no professional company will get into this kind of shit in the first place.

Given the recent general negative perception here I can’t help but wondering about their treasury situation and how far are transactions really passed to the market.

Imagine how devastating it could be if many traders went massively short on stocks indices like Italy for instance
