Yes, everything can turned sour within matter of minutes in trading .
Every day i want to start fresh as i am trading my first account regardless of previous days/trades outcome.

Bad day.
Lost 60% equity in bunch of trades.
No stops, averaging up comes with a price tag which I can't afford, knew this very well but still done it.
Easy comes the profit goes same way if I don't stick with my plan.
Self doubt and pain comes with it eating me alive now.
Fuck the emotions, I will dust off and do it again.

There is no right or wrong in trading. bottom line is whether you make money or not that's all matters.

I am dealing with my mindset here how much do i really need to make for the day, bcz i cannot stop once i am in the flow, i was up 897 ticks where i supposedly stop for the day. Its not greed something else happy trigger finger which i will deal with it.
I am sharing everything here just to be honest as much i am unlike you are posting only winning trades on demo account .
Before start advising "losers average losers" shit ask yourself in the mirror have you not done it ever?

Order flow or the chart pattern clearly shows the change in the tide, watching this yesterday around mid noon didn't act upon it instead i was hoping for another leg down and holding the losses until all the profit evaporated.
being objective and executing the plan is what makes or break the trader, Not your technical analysis or accumulation of the knowledge collectively.
just a rant before going for the regular job.

General Director suddenly walked into my room while I was watching SOX chart, Semiconductor Sector Index (that time it was the leading sector of the NASDAQ) and I explained to him that was a good and unusual way to predict new orders for our Company!!!!!

Weekly update:
Manege to close a massive 1900 ticks positive day to a negative -250 ticks on friday.
Sucker trading no goal actually just impulse trading.
Struggling to set a limit for the day either side. Confusing myself with limits for the day.
If money is the only motive why would i keep trading all day when i can hit my targets earlier then anticipated.
What do i really need, money or just happy trading.
Money is the only motive i guess.
I think i am too excited to trade live jumping the guns too many times playing with random distributions.
FOMO is root cause and too much nerve ain't helping neither.
Schooling from my mistakes.
