QuoteDislikedDo you have any experience with IBCs ?
IBC = International Business Corporation .
I think you have no experience at all, otherwise you would not quote from the warning site.
I have two IBCīs and I will tell you a bit about it:
I open an IBC ( in my case I did this in Panama which has similar laws).
With this IBC I can do business all over the world. Any kind of business.
The IBC does not have to pay any taxes for income earned outside of Panama.
The IBC is not licensed to engage in foreign exchange transactions nor is it licensed to engage in any other financial services.
Could I act like a bank with my IBC ?
No, this would need a license.
Could I act as a payment processor with my IBC ?
No, this would need a license.
Does NorthFinance act as a bank ?
No, they donīt .
Does North Finance act as a payment processor ?
No, they donīt .
What is NF doing ?
They are a broker for Forex.
Do they need a license to be a broker ?
No, they donīt.
Do they need a license from a Belize authority to be a Forex-broker ?
No, they donīt.
Do they need a license from another government authority to be a Forex-Broker ?
No , they donīt.
Are there unlicensed Forex brokers other than NF ?
Yes, there are many of them.
Maybe you want to look up "payment processor license" or "bank-license" and find out about the license the government site is talking about.
Then you would understand the warning and that it does not apply to NorthFinance.
QuoteDislikedDo you understand the difference between a registered IBC and a Licensed Company ?
This is crucial.
The official warning from the Belize government is referring to the licenses mentioned above.
North Finance neither needs such licenses to be a Forex-broker not does NF claim to have such licenses.
North Finance is registered in Belize as an IBC.
That is all.
Calling a legally registered company a scam by misinterpreting the official warning is slandering.
QuoteDislikedWhy exactly you are complaining?
It seems the customer service was very open and honest to you about the scheme that North Finance run and that the "Warning" notice is not in fact condemning North Finance in any way.
Many businesses in the UK (where I am from) are obliged to display government notices in their windows of sorts I have noticed with similar effect stating their rights as a business in this country.
What are you looking for exactly? If I was running a multilingual brokerage to serve many countries across the world, would I want to set up my business offshore to maximise profits, 100% you bet.
Totally wise and savvy business if you ask me. I shall no doubt be using them on a long-term basis at this rate.

QuoteDislikedDear clients.
Be informed, that on 09.11.2006 during US Trade Balance news spreads on majors currencies pairs can be increased up to 10 points.
Quoting BurgerKingDislikedif the spread is larger than IBFX, they will loose clients..
as it is, placing straddles even 60 seconds before the news is not guaranteed placement. I missed GDP and NFP with NF because of this.. so I may close my NF account shuld the spreads gets too undesireable.Ignored
