So I have an idea for an EA. Tell me what you think about these rules. The idea is to keep it simple.

EA for Previous 2 Days
Settings:
1. Trigger Lines: EA will automatically draw lines on chart at the high and the low of the previous two days. One line for a Buy order and one line for Sell order.
Note: This will only work once.
2. Market Orders: When a candle hits either one of the Trigger Lines, a market order will be placed and the remaining inactive Trigger Line will be automatically deleted
3. Pips Above/Below: User may input a pip amount to work in cooperation with the Trigger Lines. For example, if user inputs 25 pips, then a sell trade will only open if a candle hits the 25 pip mark beyond the sell trigger line, and vice versa for buy trades. If this setting is 0, then it will be disabled.
3. Maximum Allowed Spread: EA will not place trades above the max spread, as specified by user in pips. For example, if it's 5 pips, then only a spread of 5 pips or less will be allowed. Anything above this will be rejected.
4. Stop Loss
5. 50% Off: half of trade will close at user's specified pip amount (can be set to true or false)
6. Magic Number
7. Direction:
a. Default - will only follow settings 1 and 2
b. Long - will only execute long trades (trigger line will only be drawn at the high of the previous two days)
c. Short - will only execute short trades (trigger line will only be drawn at the low of the previous two days)
8. Take Profit: will continue to run if set to 0
9. Manual Mode: if set to true, user may manually input specific prices to open buy or sell trades.
10. Break Even (if 0, then break even will be disabled) Note: both Break Even and 50% off must work together if user has both settings enabled.

I cannot code this. It's just an idea I came up with. If we can get an expert coder to create this EA (without putting unreasonable user limitations on it), then that would be great.

If you think it can be improved, then please share your thoughts.

There is a tool called EA Builder with an example and full source code doing almost exactly what you describe here. Check you PM box.

we can incorporate fib also,so fib draws taking 2 days worth of data.many times the trade remains between high and low of that weekly zone made on monday and tuesday ,so may be if we can set up one more order on golden zone of fib ,i.e 50-61% to join the trend,the bias will be calculated by fib itself that if it should be buy or sell like it determines green n red color of fib by itself,my 5 cents!

The strategy is very simple in its setup and execution, and the EA in this thread shows just how simple it can be.

The value of an EA would most likely be in the trade management, where you could have lots of options such as break even, TP1/TP2, trailing stop, money management etc.

I've just finished coding an EA with these features and I'm testing it at the moment, and will post it when I'm happy with it, and will gladly take on board any suggestions for improvements.
