whoever also having account with this broker better login to your trader room and check if your verified status has been changed to unverified. this will block you from doing any deposit/withdrawal/internal transfer.

my accounts has been verified very long time, and today upon checking in trader room, it has been unverified. luckily my accounts are still in good condition. but this is just a bad practice by forex4you.

Beware of such activity like this guys!!! I do not recommend anyone opening account with this broker at this moment.

made a withdrawal after getting verified again 2 days ago, amount deducted, but still not received in my bank account. will update again if it is already in.

Forex4you don't aware traders with mail/notice, they do anything without prior notice, it's very bad

That is a normal error. Exactly no serious. Mostly, every brokers have mistakes

only when i asked thru live chat, i was told to provide document to verify my account, again, i have just got it reverified just few months back. and now i have to wait for few more days. other brokers process my withdrawal within 24-48hrs, n there is also within minutes. broker that delaying withdrawal process will certainly not be able to attract more clients in long term these days.

I've been scammed by this company which suddenly decided not to pay me my referral commissions claiming I violated their KYC rules but not disclosing any other information. Noting that I have been their client since 2008. I guess they found it's cheaper just to use this trick, although I had a bit less that 100$ in as referral commissions, it's certainly not about the amount. To be fair, I've never ever had a problem with this broker neither did my referrals, but it seems like their strategy is changing. Your account was blocked due to violation of KYC policy (Know Your Customer) and in particularly clause 4.7 of Client’s agreement document. The clause says I should provide precise and up to date information. So you are telling me that since 2006, my name could have changed? Yea that's probable. Well for your information, since the year 1999, I maintained the same name and same father's name (surprisingly), same address, same phone number and same bank account number, same Neteller account, same Skrill account number. Would you like me to continue?
Noting that I have already stated that I was uploading valid documents and you were just refusing them without providing a reason. If a passport, a translated notarised national ID and a fresh bank statement are not enough, should I come in person?
