Problem is I don't trade this method solely.My method is very similar and I don't place trades for this method on mt4 but on my broker platform.However I'm monitoring this template on mt4 to get in in eye and get some experience.
So I don't want to post different templates to confuse already confused people and mark my trades on printscreen from mt4 requires to much work

I only have gold in my chart like nonforex and all other its just forex pairs
I put it because I saw its beeing trade in here and I wanted to give a try
what you think of index and comodities? its easier then forex because forex moves in pairs?

Indices move very fast and it's best to use M1 and not M15 as your entry tf..I have only traded gold and crude oil and do not have experience with other commodities except commodity related currencies which are the aussie,kiwi and cad..I think your gold trade is already in profits, better take some off and locked in at b/e

Yes probably better to stay away from those trades, or go in with smaller lot size.....ADR is good to know but not written in stone that it cant continue when reached...

Here is a DJ trade running further than the ADR, but there is lots of trades out there, just sit and wait for the better ones. But as i said from the morning post, all curencies/indices had nearly allready reached ADR, because of asia session. Waiting for US to open then we have a new beginning kind of..

gold touch take profit but how yo know to stay in ? because big move came and I was left with crumbs

I had entry on m15 buy eurjpy and it touched take profit but I wasnt very sure about this trade because it touched adr already and came down before my entry and made me think that was the high of day and not gonna be visited again
but it worked

You are trading well,bro...I think you are developing patience and waiting for confirmation before entering..It's a good way to trade, i.e waiting for confirmation though you will lose some pips waiting..I'm using M5 to get in faster so as to get the extra pips from M15 entry

Please do not use the adr to take profit solely...always find an area of S/R zone or the high/low of swings..with sterling you will notice adr levels are seldom respected

hi people
I have one question for experience traders especially owner of this thread
yesterday I saw wonderful potential for sell in m15 euraud
but when I checked h4 I seen hammer bar closed who bounce at 34ema
here its the image

hammer bar bounce at 34ema make me afraid to loook to enter sell on m15
and my question its if I did the right thing with being this cautious or if I should gone for selling
