Hi ktrimy,
Is it possible to modify this indicator to include Max Range switch in this indicator ? With an additional input for minutes.
With possibility of (a) finding out both Max range and minutes it consolidated by drawing a shadow .
(b) finding out just Max range with an alert function (popu up screen, email and notification).
(c) finding out just Time (minutes) with an alert function

It becomes a quick glance study tool to identify consolidation zones and take decision on trading.

For example, Maximum range inputted with any of small size of pips like 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 will show a trader how much time it took for the consolidation to last so
that the probability of the price moving in one or the other direction can be explored.

I'm looking for a MT5 script/EA that takes control of the EAs running on the server based on volatility change.
I need to close all trades and suspend the actions of the EAs until the market gets back to a ranging attitude, and in that moment, I need the system to get back to its normal job

I was not able to find something like that, and even here I've found only MT4 ideas

Is it possible to add a price alert to this stochastic cross indicator? ... so the indicator, as it is, paints red or green arrows over the candle where a cross happens.
What i need is this:
1.Stochastic crosses up ,a green arrow pointing up is painted bellow the candle that made the cross - can I have a price alert bellow (or at the open of) the candle that made the cross in case price goes there the next 1,2,3 candles ?

2. vice versa .. stochastic crosses down , a red arrow is painted above the candle that made the cross - can I have a price alert above (or at the open of) the candle that made the cross in case price goes there the next 1,2,3 candles ?

or to draw a horizontal line if an alert is no possible ,at the open and close

Hello friends,
I wish someone to help me with this Yesterday High/Low indicator.
It does not update properly when a new day comes, i manually need to refresh or change TFs to make it draw the lines.

You didn't supply a formula for calculating the demarker value, so I simply found the demarker.mq4 indicator on the internet. I have no idea whether its calculation is correct. It generates values between 0 and 1, so I multiplied the result by 100 to remove the decimals, make the displayed values easier to read, and save screen space.

I modified RSI dashboard to call the demarker.ex4 using iCustom(). For this reason the demarker.ex4 must be installed, and calling iCustom() for 28 pairs x 9 timeframes means that the indicator takes a few seconds to calculate and display all of the values.

Default parameters generate the attached screenshot.

That's the best I can do in the time I have available.

Disclaimer: I have seen no evidence that the demarker indicator can be used profitably. Like all price-drived indicators it must necessarily be lagging, and limited in its predictive capability. Read the links here for more info, and use the indicator at your own risk.

Sorry if my instructions were unclear. I was trying to say don't compile the indicator. mq4 files are useful only to programmers.

Anyway, the indicator now compiles cleanly using MetaEditor 5 build 1243. See screenshot. Thanks to FF member pips4life who generously updated my code libraries.

Answered my question, changed some internal and yes it changed something LOL, will check it over, shame you cannot click on the suffix and open that chart, very intricate coding may I add,, true leg endD

Hanover, one big ask, if all values on one row are equal at the same value, could the row be singled out as a coloured row, (alert) without insulting your great intelligence, if they all become a value of "x" on the GBP/USD the row highlights your chosen colour, reason, it will be interesting to see the reaction, possibly top, bottom, middle, anywhere, just an ask if it can be implemented, thank you in advance for a yes or no, Detector

Hello, is there any indicator that plots trendlines based on recent price pivot like in the picture ??? it could also be a modified fractal that instead of showing the high shows the pivot of the closing price.

Edit, there where more recent pivots in the picture, that i did not notice.
