I manage to get 30 pips down

my bias was down

i am just starting to use this method
still learning

Well done Del! Congratz!
You have to check your fast RSI(5) because it is set to the close, isn't it.
It should be set to the first RSI(14) instead of to the Price Close. That should be able with Tradingview but maybe not with the free version. Not sure about that, just try to adjust that.

Here is the ABC i drew on Sunday night .
I am still trying to figure this out. More homework for me over the weekend.

I am still learning to draw these , but it did give me an idea of where price was heading if it was going up or down.

Hi Del, for me thats not a valid ABCD for some reasons; the main reason is that if you connect your point A and C with the RSI14 they aren't in divergence, A and B should be on the same side off the EMA.....
An ABCD is a triangle based on a continuation divergence and there is no divergence in yours.

It does not have to be 50%.
I don't know if Alan has a specific minimum and maximum value but here you can see his examples which show far larger than 50% retracements

in 'literature' numbers are mentioned like 38.2% minimum and 88.6% maximum but there are many different views on that.

Shame the base point A is not below the EMA but that is not that holy as we can see in a picture from Alan, example at the right of the chart:

Hope you don't mind... the HD you drew there is just a regular div. those two blue bars at the bottom are not in hidden divergence because their Lows are not in divergence with the close of the base bar.
I marked a correct HD on your chart.

Maybe you compared the Price Bar lows the RSI low? Yes that shows a divergence too.
