nice bearish setup this morning, regular bear div (and HD) M5, confirmed with regular bear div H1, gave the first entry; the retest of the divergence gave the second entry and there was a third one after a 2-line break (or bear support M5 as you wish). The first and the third entry happened real quick and it was only in the last minutes of that H1 bar that the real drop started.
On top of the move there was a average swing high on the M15 and M30; i wonder those were the ZOO points? If so you could say that marked failed to take those out and start to test the opposite.

stopped out, shame, target was H1 swing low which was easily reached, it even went to its D-level

reason for entering in the above short was the 50% level of the AB=CD

pullback to the 50% level of the swing high/low wasn't broken, so wasn't the EMA, so expecting a LL, and the LL gave me the pips.

as you can see it never crossed that 50% level again. This morning in the 05.00 bar it made a bear CD and never crossed that C-level again so waiting for an entry short on the M5 was the only option I believe.

And D just got hit

You were finished before I even started, great trading as usual. Support becomes resistance on the H1 together with divergence on the H1 and M5 seems to be a sucesfull mix, must be looking more for that.

Missed this one.. got yeresterdays one though which was great all in all a good trading week using this system..

Jazz U have any rules regarding if you see divergence set up before the 108 bar ? Like yesterday I thought it was a but early so I didn't take the trade..

Normally I don't enter that early but I am not per se married to 108. During the Asian session Price was brought to a level that I saw as a ZOO. That's why I started to look for additional reasons to Sell, which I found just like HuskyBoy mentioned. Because it was against the M5 trend I wanted to go with the 3 step entry.

I was actually thinking that.. it came into a zone of interest in the M60 and M240 that along with the div confirmation should of been enough for me to enter.. the system is very good with a high success rate from what I can tell I have been monitoring it since b4 Xmas

I was at my laptop Friday morning. I entered earlier as I saw the earlier Div a few mins earlier and was stopped out. Sadly I did not reenter and watched the move.

I am learning to trust the system and spotting the signals for entries.

I like this system and once again thanks all you guys for your help in this thread.

The difference between your entry and mine is that I entered in a ZOO. Or did you find a ZOO at your entry?
We see many M5 divergences against its trend but we should not blindly take such entry against the trend.
