Happy to know that divergence has been published in the forexfactory forum in a special thread.
I've been trading divergences for five years and I have gained a lot of experience trading them . But, my point is that you can't depend on divergence as a stand alone system for trading. You must use some other technical or fundamental tools to spot the start of it. Otherwise, you may get some setbacks and at the end, you will think that you have to drop it, while actually you shouldn't

Now I am mixing divergence with fundamental tools and fake breakouts. I also watch the correlation of the forex pairs along with the trading sessions opening and closing interactions.

Although I trade mainly stock/index options now, I spent many profitable years trading currency. One of my most reliable setups was an RSI Divergence. Rather than reposting everything here, if anyone is interested in the explanation and the accompanying charts, they are in the Trading Discussion forum in the thread "How To Lose Money" on Page 3. Pretty easy to find, just search "How To Lose Money" to find the thread.

The RSI Divergence pattern was profitable and very reliable for me and I thought maybe someone on here might find it useful, too. I always thought you can't really have too many tools in your tool box.
