After the Dec 9th lows, NG continues to slowly tread higher. In the middle of US winter, I still think there's some upside potential on those first serious cold fronts, when and if they ever come. It's been a pretty warm winter so far. The CME's NG on the daily:

haha thanks Ll1979. hope you guys benefit from it. I am watching NG more on dailies/weeklies timeframe as the general oil complex might hv some serious upside here so 1h/4h not of much value but only time will tell. but i shud say i dont track fundamentals of NG as close i do for Oil so others might shed more light on it.

And... this is why I stopped trading Natural Gas. It's the middle of winter but continues to drop.

Lol..... it has been a bit challanging to get a read off of it from a technical perspective...just when it seems like its going or its mind has been made up it thows a spanner, have marked out a new range(Purple Horizontal lines) what i am 95% factoring in however is that the yearly low is already in place

There's a joke about a technical trader and a fundamental trader having coffee together. The coffee wobbles a bit, and then eventually spills. The fundamental trader lets it fall to the floor. There was a lot of mess to be cleaned up and the new dress was stained.

The tech trader asked her why she let it do that, and didn't grab it while it was wobbling.

"Because I could not see any reason why it should have fallen. Anyway, it should have bounced."

Some shake and back towards the range floor(support) but other than that we back inside that range, hourly close above the 200( Orange MA) then exposes us back towards the range top.....

Natty gas is testing some critical support here. I still think that there's some upside risk as soon as the US gets a couple of winter systems coming through the major cities. It's been a relatively warm winter so far.

Weather outlook isn't that great for the next couple of days. Looking at H4, support has been tested several times and will eventually break i gues.
If NG makes it to the 2 dollar area (strong support zone) i am looking for buy opportunities.

It looks like the shorter-term weather forecasts are all calling for average to above average temperatures for most of the United States. NatGas could have some more room to fall. I wouldn't take the bet, but I'd hold off on longs for now.

In line with the previous reversal points where price turned in this range....H4 bullish pin followed by engulfing bar.....

have marked/highlighted potential stop for any perspective longs.....

Current H4 candle has broken lower....keenly watching the Current H4 candle close for guidance....2.0970 seems probable now.....I remain subdued on naty gas......will look for a pattern/trend of sort to build on the charts again.....

I'm still not invested in Gas, but we are close to bottoming i guess
