Judiciary Committee votes to advance articles of impeachment against Trump to the full House

Following two days of heated debate, the House Judiciary Committee on Friday approved two articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump, sending them to the House floor for a final vote. The articles charge Trump with abuse of power and obstruction of Congress for a monthslong campaign to pressure Ukraine to launch investigations into his political opponents and his subsequent refusal to allow senior White House aides to testify before Congress as it investigated the matter. The Democrats do not have a candidate to beat Trump. They are scared. We the people voted Trump into office. It doesn't matter if you voted for him or not, he was still voted in. Trying to steal that away from the people is abuse of power. Because of their paranoia the Democrats not only have they united Republicans more then ever. They have moved more independents towards Trump.

House is a political farce. No rules of evidence, no evidence presented. Virtually everything was Hearsay. A good demonstration why in a real court of Justice proceedings such as occurred would never have been allowed. Any attorney acting as what happened would likely get disbarred.
Senate where there are going to be witness cross examinations and facts are allowed to get presented along with rebuttals will tear this to shreds.

add: The Supreme court will in the end assert that the US Constitution provides for a Separation of Powers between Three Branches of Government. Parliamentary Supremacy does not exist in the US much to the consternation of the House. In short the Executive Branch is not just a Wing of Congress.

The Republicans have the majority in the senate and so basically he wont be removed from office -PERIOD. The markets know this and Trump knows this (and the Democrats know this ). So, business as usual ;-)
