No, their colour is irrelevant; they simply have to be trending - that's why you should switch to bars instead of candles: to avoid confusion or bias due to the colour of the candles.

Why is lotize so big? I have it set to 0.01

you selected money management with a 20% risk.

you should change the input "Position size calculation" to fixed lot

Nice job gents.
been going through this thread and very interesting EA.
been testing it, however when i open multible charts and using the Tpl and Will activate the EA, it askes if i Will Close the previus EA.
Do i only need to open one EA ? There is a smiley face on the secund chart with out opening the EA.

The template includes the EA with the default parameters, so you don't need to add it manually to the chart.

Eventually, yes. I'm not finished with developing it yet, and will increment the expiry each time I post an update.

The TP is small and fixed. GBP easily takes out the Stop of 50 pips due to it's volatility.

By using GBP, we are getting the bad part of volatility without any advantage of volatility[due to fixed T/P]

If that's the case, then my suggestion would be to include filter for the EA to only enter trade below the "Max Spread" setting that we could set.

Example: Max spread : 10
When spread is 12, then it will never enter trade, until it is 10 or below.


--just my 2cents. as scalping, as you know, has tight TP. thus, spread is making quite a huge chunk of it.

When i am backtesting the last version i get best results with 3 to 1,9 instead of 1,5 to 1,5.
TP 4 is better than TP 5. Timeframe 1H. EURUSD

But Paul propose 1.5 and i don t know why? any idea?

Received no trades in the last 24 hours with your new EA with default settings. I have 4 charts open with your template on each and smiley face on each on the 1H CHARTS. Any ideas?

Just the settings I'm using - use whatever you feel is best.

I got default settings, had these trades closed. EURCHF still opened and -20 pips.
