If the TDI indicator did not repaint it would be a good system.

I try this strategy. I try to post my results here. I use 1h, 4h, and daily timeframes. I trade with a real account but I only have a very small bankroll. I try to find a profitable method before depositing more.

Hi Mehdi,
I am new to this site. In fact your thread inspired me to join. Looking at your original post from the first page of this thread on Method 2 I see 2 other entries before
the one marked on your chart. I have marked them on the attached image. My question is: what should stop someone from entering the first 2 entry points and wait for
the one that you have marked? It looks like the other 2 entry points marked on my attachment also meet the rules you have listed on your original post. I thank you or anyone else who can answer my question.

CryptoSurf,

I picked up an old template from 2016, and was wondering if you're still using this template. It looks like a real money maker, and I'd like to try it. Do you have specific entry and exit rules for this template?

Kindest regards,

Don

Thanks Bluejay12! I found it. Will be testing on 28 pairs this next week like the author talked about, except I'll be risking consistent 1% per trade.

Kindest regards,

Don

Please be careful 1% per trade looks good but if you trade 1% on many pairs and start losing it could be a disaster. I mostly trade on daily charts and try never to have more than 5 trades opened at any one time to minimize risks. Best of luck and happy trading!

I have 200:1 leverage, so can open a trade on a lot of pairs at once.

Also, I have been reading all of mehdi343's posts, making changes. For TDI main, red and green must both be above or below yellow. He waits for Heiken Ashi candle to close. He refers to billsmith's post about TDI, so I'm including those rules also. He mentions MA200 and also chart S/R. I can build in both, although how much distance is not enough to take the trade (how many pips is too close?). When candle is not big enough, how much? Is spread taken into account? At beginning of day, spread is huge. Does he take the daily trade regardless of spread? How about H4? I have a max spread of 8 pips myself by default. I would implement max bars since last cross, but I don't think it's needed since I made an angle of TDI and an angle of Stochastic indicators I built only show valid entries. Since you buy when "hands on the clock" are between 12 and 2, there are 6 degrees per minute, and so I believe 0 degrees is flat (15 min on clock), I multiply 5 minutes x 6 degrees per minute to get 30 degrees. If TDI green above red and green angle is above 0, and over 30, I make it buy color. If TDI green is below red and green angle is less than 0, I make it a sell color. I did this to Stochastic also, so these tools are now on chart and being put into EA to use, to help me define strong moves.

Edit: After looking more, I added yellow line to TDI angle indicator, and 50 level to Stochastic angle indicator, to only show valid entries.

Kindest regards,

Don

mehdi343,

So if news is coming on a pair, how long before news do you stop trading, and how long after news do you start trading again?
How close is too close to 200 EMA not to trade? (I put EMA on my chart, not sure where I got EMA. Is it supposed to be EMA or SMA?) (I assume this is just for against-the-trend trades)
How small is a candle to be considered too small?

Thanks in advance for your replies.

Kindest regards,

Don
