Hurricane Watch

No more updates on the weather front. There has been some early winter activity in parts of the US, but nothing that is way outside of historical numbers. It may be signalling a cold, harsh winter though!

No hurricane updates so far this month, with the end of the season approaching. There is some early winter weather happening in the northern parts of the US which could cause some carry on affect any wanna-be hurricanes out there...

That is nice... Well yeah, chances are now very low, but just to be on the safe side... have to be prepared till the end of the season... Weather is weather... Also tnx for info about EARLY winter... that might affect other markets much more

Rayomnd is in the Easter Pacific moving N-NW at the moment and another developing behind it. Given the location, path and intensity of the storm, I do not think there will be much market effect. Will continue to watch though if it heads toward land. If anything, this might affect demand more than supply which would have much less effect on the market imo.

Sebastien is a latecomer to the party, and may be so late that he is denied access . In all likelihood, he will stay mostly over water and not cause any damage AND he should see us out of the season without too much excitement.

Yeah, impressive speed for almost at the end of the season... But the projected path seems to be nominal atm...

Also, glad you are still tracking it, so we have all areas (of trading) covered, to avoid some "out of the blue" surprises
Gladly (official) hurricane season ends within a (good) week... so we will have a little rest in that department at least

That whole massive ocean and the NHC has this thing going STRAIGHT at the Azores. That's bananas!

Hopefully it won't be too powerful when it gets there and we can skate out of this season peacefully.

Sebastian another storm to reach Europe... This seems like a trend we may have to keep an eye on in the future. Unprecedented at least in my time watching the markets!

I would be watching carefully the potential for a hurricane like last year's Hurricane Francine in the western Gulf of Mexico by mid-month. I don't think the forecast models have a good handle on this.
