Eye exercises. We have to exercise the muscles that move the eyes and keep them in shape. Like any muscle, if not used (much) it will weaken, which leads to short-sightedness/far-sightedness/blurry vision. There are videos on youtube of how to do that. Also, the eyes need nutrients like zeaxanthin et al. And avoid metabolic syndrome.

A lot of people target a muscle to improve and it hardly ever does. There's a point where you experience diminishing returns even if you're 'exercising the targeted area'. And that's because you lack the understanding that each muscle works in tandem with others. It's a symbiotic relationship... there's nothing in life that's individualized, unless it's reflected upon by a reductionist approach. We see people aim for a good waistline, but they don't understand that your back/glutes is pretty much supporting all of those muscles to grow. So no matter how many sit ups they do >> the results aren't there because their back is lacking.
When people target eye muscles to increase their health they misunderstand. Despite all the well intend, this is the information that's passed.
What you have to know is how muscles work in the first place: It's through oxygen.

The right approach isn't to do a bunch of sets/reps to rapidly build muscle with improper mechanics and posture.
The right way is to take a breathe and hold the inflection point slowly as you exhale, you can even do much less work and achieve much more.

In fact
90% of how your body filters toxins, is through oxygen(lungs and so forth).
8% is through urine, and 2% through feces. But do you see, how most people will assume otherwise?
Muscles are supported by oxygen. If you lack a proper posture breathing will not be optimal. If you stress, and so forth, all these things wrap around your neck to cut your breathe without you even actually being aware of it. Breathe first, then tilt an inch to the right/left and try and breathe, it's harder...

How do you have perfect eyes?
Easy, breathe. Have a perfect posture, have a perfect balance of muscle, and the way oxygen is transported around your body — your eyes will benefit.

In trading, don't sit, you cut your body in half, with some yoga pose that will stretch out your lower back and weaken your hip flexor. And when you can't feel your legs, some bio major will say you're diabetic.

I have a pair of blue light blocking glasses that I put over my regular glasses when I feel my eyes starting to strain. They make computer work extremely easy even if you're on it for ridiculous amounts of time. They look silly, but they work amazingly well.

You could try Marigold capsules. Full of Lutein. I take two a day, been involved in I.T all my life (some 30 years) and took this from uni days and still do. Have had computer vision syndrome at one point, helps to look away once every 20 minutes at a distant object and focus on that for a minute or two. Readjusts eyes muscles. Helps also to take a couple of holidays a year away from screens, to give eye muscles a rest. Good luck with it.
