I would imagine some are fed up and ready to move. Traffic, blackouts, and fire sucks.

Yeah, where to go? Pick your disaster. Traffic can be improved, but it gets drier every year, so fires will always be a thing. Daughter wants to move to New Zealand to survive the climate change. Maybe she'll take me in. Tough to trade those hours, though LOL.

I can build strong and high enough for the hurricanes. Plenty of water where I am. As long as the Mississippi stays wet. Less snow is going to make that Colorado river less able to supply you water. Drier every year is going to be a downfall. Gov needs to pipe you some Mississippi water.

I can't see that going over well with plains states. Desalination is the only possibility.
