Also for the past 2 hours I've been reading the manual and can't see much of a difference between Maximize profit and Use Stop Loss with Trailing stop loss set.

If use StopLoss is set to true and I put 0 for SLPips and let's say 70 for TSLpips the Trailing stop is now 70 pips from the break even point. But if I turn on the profit maximizer Blessing will calculate new trailing stop. So can the two options be used together or there will be in conflict with one another? Also if they can be used together or separately what is the difference? One is taking the break even point for base of the TPSL calculation and the other is using the potential profit?

A slightly newer version of the manual ... {image} I notice people referring to Blessing as a Martingale system. The manuals also use this term. Blessing is NOT a Martingale system. Martingale is a thoroughly discredited betting system from the 18th century that has been disproved many times. I've been messing around with Blessing in the past and got motivated again by Tringy to give it one more try (using his setfile and optimising it for my broker).
I was using 3.9.6.10 over the last few days and started testing on a small cent account. So far so good, but it only takes trades on EURXXX pairs. For some reason it doesn't open any position in a non EUR pair.
I've already checked maximum spread allowed and looked for other reasons in the manual, but I couldn't find any.
If somebody of you already faced that problem or knows which parameter could cause this issue it would save me a lot of time. Otherwise I will have to dig deeper when I find the time.

I've said before, I trade major pairs with low spread from my broker. Have to assume that Blam is doing the same.
I've had a few PMs asking questions about the set file I posted previously. If you have questions about the set files PLEASE READ THE MANUAL because none of us are experts in Blessing. The experts are the ones who wrote the manual!
Here's a cleaned up version of Blessing with the input names matching the manual once again.
This should be helpful for those that do a lot of testing, and to generally reduce confusion.
I hope to add a couple of useful features to Blessing soon, for small accounts, etc., but thought it would be good to get this base version out first.

Here's a set file to getting started with a new optimization.
Remove '.txt' from the name, load it up in Strategy Tester, turn on Genetic algorithm and run your first test. This is how I currently start most of my optimizations. It gets things going fast.
You may only need a few more optimization passes after that. Or sometimes quite a few.
I usually work with 3 months or so of history from my broker. Never use history from any other source, Blessing doesn't like that.
Use the H4 timeframe for quicker optimization and usually a better win rate. Or M5 for more trades (but much slower optimization.)
Or anything in between. H4, H1 and M5 are currently my favorites. H4 is nice because you can often get a 100% win rate, or close to it.
Optimize a bunch of pairs, put them on Demo for forward testing and trade the good one's live.
