SELL GBPJPY ...you won't regret it ...is the most syncronized with the overall market ,and has a great ATR ... i bet on a drop of 900+ pips...i got in SHORT at @139.500 in profit now....

Have to go out, thanks for the heads up RT on all accounts, it's been a pleasure, going to miss the trade, the irony is, I was in last night and closed for a sheckle, my timing in is terrible, my timing out just as bad, however I still turn a profit, not all the time, I cut when needed, but one step back, two forward and I'm happy, it's going the right way,keep up the good work, collectively we could work on entry's if you give the cycle, just a thought, D

Detector, did you take that position as a hedge, speculation that Brexit experiences more delay/uncertainty or something else entirely?

I don't usually trade gold and I am not willing to commit to a medium or long term bull market until it rises back above 1500. I have been bearish on oil and don't fancy adding to that exposure by going long gold unless I have a good reason. That said your gold trade probably worked out well and it still could be a good opportunity now too, risk aside.

Interestingly if we compare gold retracement levels to oil they are both sitting in the same level. I'm not sure which will break out first but oil seems closer to continuing the downtrend than gold is of continuing its uptrend. The oil moves are more recent and volatile though so that suggests a certain amount of risk.
